They are the only Jellyfish species embossed with complete brains and eyes. When a Box Jellyfish stings its victim, he or she would experience an instant cardiac arrest. This happens within the tally of 2 minutes as confirmed by explorers.

According to Wikipedia, the mechanism happens when their venom causes their victims’ cells to become porous enough to allow potassium leakage, causing hyperkalemia, which can lead to cardiovascular collapse and death as quickly as within 2 to 5 minutes.

Stonefish 

The popular sea creature which is identified also as the genus Synanceia is a ray-finned fish belonging to the subfamily Synanceiinae. They are termed the most venomous fish of mankind.

Blue-ringed Octopus

They have been confirmed to have claimed the lives of over 70% of people who came in contact with it.  The medical team has also warned divers and sea lovers to abstain from the beautiful creature because of the toxicity of their existence.

Blue-ringed Octopus produces highly toxic and powerful venom containing tetrodotoxin, histamine, tryptamine, octopamine, taurine, acetylcholine and dopamine. They are often labelled dangerous because their bite is painless and will lure their victim to danger because they won’t be notified of a possible danger.

When a Blue-ringed octopus is disturbed, it will at first try to retreat from its victim, when the victim persists. It will display its blue ring ray that rapidly changes to bright blue light. This serves as a warning but many victims get attracted instead because of its beauty. When its victim refuses to let go, it will then sting and transfer its heavy venom to the victim.

In this situation, the victim may experience instant suffocation which resulted from a paralysed diaphragm. This will lead to an instant death also if not treated. Their venom is produced by bacteria located in their saliva.

There is also a dangerous temperament condoned by a reproductive Blue-ringed octopus. During reproduction, a breeding blue-ringed octopus transfers its neurotoxin to its eggs so they can produce their own venom before they hatch.

Sea snakes  

Hydrophiinae which is better described by the public mass as the sea snake is another sea creature labelled dangerous because of the nature of the venoms.

They don’t often portray camouflage but have destroyed many souls. Their attacks are mostly displayed when disturbed or attacked.

Just like other popular snakes, they exhibit bite and inject their venom into their victims which results in death instantly.

According to studies, sea snakes are not aggressive but can be forced for a bite when troubled. Their venom is more dangerous than that of land snakes. Biologists have confirmed that 3 drops of a sea snake venom can result in the death of over 8 people.

Pufferfish 

Pufferfish which belongs to the family of Tetraodontidae is also recognised as one of the most poisonous sea creatures in the history of mankind.

When victims consume puffer Fish they would always suffer a bizarre intoxication resulting from the nature of their venom identified as tetrodotoxin located in their stomach.

The venomous rate of tetrodotoxin is capable to kill over 10 victims when they eat a single flesh of a pufferfish.

Pufferfish tetrodotoxin deadens the tongue and lips and induces dizziness and vomiting, followed by numbness and prickling over the body, rapid heart rate, decreased blood pressure, and muscle paralysis.

When the flesh; eaten by a victim reaches the stomach, It will attack the diaphragm by shrinking it away from its actual existence.  This will result in instant breathing difficulties.
